RETURN & EXCHANGE ONLY APPLICABLE IF YOU RECEIVE WRONG ITEM ONLY.

1. In the event where customers received wrong item(s), customer has 48 hours from the date of order delivered to RETURN and EXCHANGE. REFUND ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
2. Make sure the returned item(s) are NEW, UNUSED, UNWASHED and with all NIQABBIA tags are still attached. Returned item(s) that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and item(s) will be sent back to the customer.
3. NIQABBIA will bear the shipping cost for both returned and send back.
4. In the event where the product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to replace the product and we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs.
5. FREE items (half niqab/scrunchie) are subject to availability, NIQABBIA hold the right to change free item with other available item.
6. FREE GIFT are strictly not eligible for return and exchange.
7. Any cancellations due to a change of mind such as wrong selection of colour, size, or specification, product not meeting expectation will not be entertained.
8. NIQABBIA reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
